About this site.
Most of the photos you see here were taken in and around Knoxville TN. I post new photos as I see fit - maybe not every day, maybe a hundred on a given day - but I shall attempt to keep some sort of regularity with the posts. I won’t call it a “blog,” for fear of (a) sounding trendy, and (b) forcing myself into a regular update cycle that I cannot keep up with.
While I am a designer in my real life, I have taken a decidedly “un-designed” approach to this site, with the ultimate goal of letting the content take complete control, not clouded by secondary information or gratuitous navigational elements. Fonts used are Hoefler Text (if you’re using a Mac — Georgia otherwise) and Verdana, for their combination of elegance, simplicity, and onscreen readability.
